International Returns
For all orders outside of the U.S. please use our International returns portal: Return Your International Order Here
Please note, within this portal you will need to input “#” in front of your order number for it to register. There you will be able to proceed with your return and send it back to us for a refund. We will now be providing shipping labels for our international customers to send items back to us! All you have to do within the portal is select a standard return or an express return. You will then be able to head to www.dhl.com, there you will choose your country. Once you have chosen your country, you can select a drop off location or a pick up from DHL. As noted in our policy, the cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund. Please note, this return portal does not allow exchanges. If you would like to go ahead and pick something new from within our store, please go ahead and head to our website: hehers.com. There you will be able to go ahead and place a new order with us! Refunds will be issued 5-10 business days after the item is received within our facility. Returns & Exchanges FAQ
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns within 90 days of your order purchase date for all non final sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, we offer seamless exchanges for all US customers. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size seamlessly, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice. For all customers outside of the US we kindly ask that you place a new order for the item of your choice as we do not offer an exchange service for international customers at this time.
What items cannot be returned?
All items marked down 50% off or more are considered final sale and ineligible for a refund.
All Off the Rack items, gift cards, gift boxes, scrunchies, $4.99 hijabs and hijab value sets are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Do you offer free returns?
We offer free returns for U.S. exchanges and refunds to store credit. For hijab only exchanges there is a $5 fee. For all original payment method returns the cost of the return is deducted from your final refund. For international orders, the customer is charged a flat rate return fee that is deducted from your final refund (the return shipping fee costs on average between $10-$25 USD). You will be notified of the exact amount of your return fee in the international returns portal.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products! If your product is not 100% perfect we will offer you a full refund or replacement. We can ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at contact@hehers.com.
Do you offer a product quality guarantee even after I wear the item?
Yes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your items even after you've worn them. We guarantee our products will last with the proper care. If your product rips, tears or breaks we will gladly replace it at no cost. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at contact@hehers.com.
